Google Business, Google Maps and Google My Business are kind of the same things but they are really fundamental to getting local business for your company. Most people either:

a) forget to claim it (cardinal sin no.1)

b) don't set it up fully

c) don't keep it up-to date

d) don't post updates

e) don't collect reviews (essential for social proof)

Or worse you might be doing all 3 but what you want to make sure is you maximise the business you get and that requires a little effort to do the following once you have done the bits above those include:

1) proper images

2) add Google chat/messaging link

3) add their booking widgets (if its a hotel or similar)
