1. WHO WE ARE

This website, www.superhub.biz, is operated by SuperHub Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11782745). These terms govern your use of this website and how we deal with enquiries, suppliers and online purchases.

2. CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS

Work we carry out for clients is governed by a signed agreement between the client and SuperHub Media Ltd, together with its schedules and the relevant proposal. That signed agreement takes priority over these terms and over any other terms published on this website, which do not form part of a client engagement unless the agreement expressly says so.

3. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADE MARK

SuperHub is a registered trade mark. The content of this website, including text, images, video, graphics and design, belongs to SuperHub Media Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without our written permission.

No person may use the SuperHub name, brand or marks, or pass off goods or services as connected with SuperHub, without written authorisation. Unauthorised use constitutes trade mark infringement and passing off, and we will enforce our rights, including recovery of damages, an account of profits and legal costs. We charge £10,000 for each single use of our mark where it is used without our permission, you agree to this charge by its use all correspondence is charged at £50 per item however derived. This does not apply where you have a separate supply contract with us (see 4. Below).

4. REFERRING TO SUPERHUB

Clients and partners may refer factually and positively to their work with SuperHub on any platform, and we encourage it. Use of our logo or brand assets requires our prior written approval, which we are usually happy to give. If you are unsure, ask us at info@superhub.biz.

5. SUPPLIERS

This section applies to any person or business supplying, or seeking to supply, goods or services to SuperHub Media Ltd. Supplier terms, deemed acceptance provisions or purchase conditions sent to us have no effect unless signed by a SuperHub Media Ltd director. Unsolicited sales approaches do not create any obligation on us to respond, and no contract with SuperHub Media Ltd is binding unless signed by a director.

6. ONLINE SHOP

Purchases from our online shop are subject to the product information and terms shown at the point of purchase. Prices shown to consumers normally include VAT unless otherwise stated, all motorsport services are plus VAT. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights relating to cancellation, returns and faulty goods.

7. ENQUIRIES AND COMMUNICATIONS

We welcome enquiries by phone, email and through this website. Calls may be recorded for training and verification purposes. Contacting us does not create a contract, and we do not charge for responding to ordinary enquiries.

8. LINKS AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT

This website may link to third party websites and embed third party content. We are not responsible for the content, availability or terms of third party sites. Links from this website do not imply endorsement.

9. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY

This website is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website applies to your use of the website from the date it is posted. Changes do not alter the terms of any signed client agreement.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts where the law allows.
