Step 3: Strategy & Onboarding

We build your sponsorship acquisition strategy. Target brand list, proposal suite, content plan, outreach timeline. You approve it, we execute it.


Step 4: Active Representation

Step 5: Deal Closure & Activation

Motorsport Management FAQ's

How much does motorsport driver management cost? +

Management fees are typically structured as a retainer plus a commission on sponsorship secured. Retainers start from £500 per month depending on series level and scope. Commission rates are industry standard at 15–20% of deals closed. We're transparent about costs because the incentive structure means we only do well when you do well.

What level of driver do you work with? +

We work with drivers and teams from national championship level upwards. That includes BTCC, British GT, Formula Regional, Carrera Cup and equivalent series. We don't currently take on arrive-and-drive club racers or karting entrants because the commercial model doesn't work at that level for either party.

How long does it take to find a sponsor? +

Realistically, 3 to 6 months for a meaningful deal. Anyone promising sponsors in weeks is either lying or attaching you to a pay-driver scheme. We build proper commercial propositions, identify aligned brands and run structured outreach campaigns. Quick wins happen occasionally, but we plan for sustained sponsor relationships, not one-season patches.

Do you guarantee sponsorship? +

No. And you should run from anyone who does. What we guarantee is professional representation, properly structured proposals, active outreach to relevant brands and honest reporting on progress. Yes. PR, social media management, content production and media relations are core services. A driver with no media profile is a harder sell to sponsors. Can you help with existing sponsors who aren't renewing? +

Absolutely. If you're losing sponsors, there's a reason. Usually it's poor activation, weak reporting or the sponsor not seeing enough return. We audit existing partnerships, fix the activation gaps and rebuild the relationship. Retaining a sponsor is always easier and cheaper than finding a new one.

What series do you cover? +

UK and international. BTCC, British GT, Formula Regional, Porsche Carrera Cup, European Le Mans Series, and we're actively expanding into NASCAR and IndyCar for drivers looking at the American market. The commercial principles are the same. The brands and activation strategies differ by series and region.
