Why Motorsport sponsor decks Matter

Most motorsport sponsorship decks land in the bin actually the recycle bin. They get thrown together the week before a sponsor meeting, stuffed with media value tables nobody trusts, and missing the one thing that actually matters. A commercial case a finance director can approve.

Actually we are not sorry PDFS and Powerpoint are awful and the lowest common denominator of all presentations. Most of the motorsport industry still sends sponsors a 5-40 page PDF of a Powerpoint and hopes for the best. It is the lazy standard and it does not work. Even worse you are using a Canva template that is motorsport themed and every other jockey has sent one too!


PDFs are fixed, PowerPoint over 5 slides is enough to make the potential sponsor jump out of the window to escape. Every sponsor gets the same generic pitch whether they are a global consumer brand or a regional B2B operation.

PDFs are fiddly. They bloat email inboxes, break on mobile, and get ignored inside a busy marketing director's overflowing downloads folder. AI inboxes will bin it off. PDFs are blind. You have no idea whether the person you pitched even opened it, let alone which slides they read and which they ignored. Track the email and it goes into junk. PDFs go stale. The second your results change(oh sorry Sponsors couldn't care less about your results btw), the season updates, or your sponsor inventory shifts, your 40 page file is wrong and you have to ship another one.

How long does it take? +

Seven days from commercial discovery call to first draft live on the platform. Revisions and finals inside two weeks total for most engagements.

How does the sponsor actually access the deck? +

One secure link, sent by email or dropped into a calendar invite. No attachments, no downloads, no login faff. It opens in any browser on any device and looks right everywhere.

What does the engagement tracking tell us? +

Who opened it, when, for how long, which sections they read, which they skipped, and whether they came back. You walk into the follow up meeting knowing exactly where their interest sits and where their objections probably are.

Can you work from our existing materials? +

Yes. Existing photography, logos, data, and prior decks are all reviewed at discovery and pulled through into the new build where they earn their place.

Do you help identify target sponsors? +

Yes, within the Sponsorship Campaign tier. For the Driver and Team tiers we build the deck to your specified targets. We can add sponsor prospecting as a separate engagement.

What is included in revisions? +

One structured revision round once the first draft is live. Additional rounds are quoted. Most engagements only ever need one because you see the real thing in the browser rather than a printout.

What if there is no internet in the meeting room? +

Rare these days, but we provide a lightweight offline fallback version on request. Hotels, hospitality suites, and conference rooms almost always have wifi, and a mobile hotspot covers the rest. We have never had a sponsor meeting fall over on connectivity.

How long does the deck stay live? +

For the duration of the engagement and for the full season it was built for as standard. After that you can extend platform access on a low cost annual basis, or archive the content and take the source assets with you.

Can you handle the pitch meeting itself? +

We coach you and your team on delivery. On request we can attend the pitch in a support role. For some engagements that is quoted as part of the Sponsorship Campaign tier.

What if the sponsor says no? +

You still have a deck that is working. Same deck, new prospect, often works. If the underlying proposition is the issue, the discovery work usually surfaces it and we rework the commercial case before revisiting.

Do we own the content? +

Yes. All written content, design assets, photography, and video produced for your deck belong to you. You keep ongoing access to the live platform for as long as you need it, and you can export the underlying content and assets whenever you want them.
